Eric Staton has been with the Mintz Law Firm, LLC since March 2005, and has been practicing law in Colorado for over ten (10) years, and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Colorado. He and his family live in Aurora, Colorado.

Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the theater, and playing roller hockey. He and his wife spend one night a week performing community service.

Eric was mentored in the area of workers compensation and social security claims by one of the best lawyers who ever practiced in that area in Colorado, and the focus of his legal practice is primarily on workers compensation claims, social security disability claims and injury claims of all types.
